Measure Your Head
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head, placing it just above your eyebrows and ears. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters — this is your head circumference.
Find Your Best Fit
Match your measurement to the sizing chart provided for each cap. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one for a more comfortable fit. A properly fitted cap should feel secure without pressure points.
Keep the Measurement Level
To get the most accurate size, make sure the measuring tape stays level from the front of your head to the back. Avoid tilting it up or down. A straight and even measurement ensures a better-fitting cap every time.
